Workout is mandatory to stay healthy in this fast paced lifestyle that we all are engaged into. We can not change the lifestyle, so to keep our health steady in accordance with this lifestyle we need to follow plan our daily routine and must give an adequate time for the workout so that it helps us to stay fit and fine. Start with the slow and steady exercise routine as this makes your body adjust to the exercising process without any of the health problems. For this we also recommend you to make the warm-up session mandatory whenever you get engaged in workout routine. Here are some simple workout tips for men that would help them to attain optimum health and maintain it too:
1. Walking on the treadmill is the simplest form of the exercise that you must start with. This exercise makes your muscles ready for the further exercise routine and most importantly it increases the stamina of the individual. It improves the overall health of the individual by boosting the blood circulation in the body.
2. Developing the strong legs is the first need of the workout as balance is very necessary in doing the exercises. So, pay a particular attention towards making your quads powerful. This will make you lower posture stronger. Start with the squats, this will strengthen your leg muscles and then you can opt for the exercises like dumbbell squats, Barbell full or half squats, dumbbell rear lunge, leg extensions, and leg press.
3. The next to pay attention are the shoulders. Strong shoulders are must as they are the essential power holders that are required a lot during the weight training. Your body stature is dependent on the kind of the shoulders you have. Specifically men’s shoulders must be broad as it is the characteristic feature of the manliness. Good shoulders are the signs of good physique. For healthy and broad shoulders you may start with exercises like arm circles and back flyes, then you can proceed to Arnold dumbbell press, barbell shoulder press, bent press, bent over low pulley, and many more.
4. Developing biceps and Triceps is the next part that you must include in your exercise routine. Biceps are the important part of the body that plays a significant role in developing the healthy physique. For biceps you must do the exercises, alternate hammer curls, dumbbell bicep curl, barbell curl, incline dumbbell curl, cable hammer curl, and concentration curls. For triceps, it is recommended to do triceps curl by dumbbells and barbells. This helps to improve the size of your arm considerably and gives it a good shape.
5. The next thing you must give importance to is your stomach. During all these exercises the muscles in your stomach also gets stressed and it may lead to the increase in the size of the stomach. So, start doing the workout specifically to keep your belly in size and avoid it from becoming belly. For flat stomach the recommended exercises are crunches, sit-ups, Abs roller, alternate heel touchers, butt-ups, dumbbell side bend, and jackknife sit-ups.
6. Chest is the next part of the body that gives your body a better outlook. It is your structure of chest and shoulder in accordance that gives your body a structure that shows your fine physique. For chest it is better to start with the dips at the initial phase. Then you can move toward lifting the weight for increasing the size of your chest. Exercises for chest include dumbbell press, barbell bench press, butterfly, dumbbell bench press, Incline and decline barbell press, and one arm dumbbell press.
These are the exercises that will improve the size and shape of your body and then you must pay attentions towards the parts like neck, traps, calves, and forearms. This way you would be able to develop healthy physique.
